Order Errors, Returns, and Damages

Order Errors and Discrepancies: Any discrepancies or errors in your order must be reported within 24 hours of receipt by writing to hello@sosweetshop.co.uk. Please include photos of the products received and a photo of your packing slip. Missing products will be refunded and not replaced.

Perishable Items: Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted.
