Delivery Information

All orders placed after 2pm on Fridays will not be dispatched until Monday. This means if you order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will not be dispatched until Monday. Your order will still be shipped with the selected shipping method but won't be fulfilled until Monday. If you select Next Working Day delivery during this time then your order will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

All Click & Collect orders can be collected between the hours of 7am - 6pm Monday to Friday. If orders are placed on a Friday afternoon and not picked up by 6pm that same day they will not be available to collect until the following Monday.

Royal Mail Tracked48 costs just £3.55 and is available for all orders between 0kg and 800g in weight. All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, which Royal Mail aim to deliver all parcels within 2-3 working days. This service is fully trackable, you will receive updates via SMS as well as by Email; you can also download the Royal Mail App to track your order. Any orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be processed over the weekend but not dispatched until Monday. Next Working Day Delivery is available for all orders between 0kg and 30kg in weight, the price is calculated at the checkout and can vary depending on the weight of your order. All orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched on the same day, orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched on the following day. This is their premium Next Working Day service that is full trackable from start to finish - your tracking number will be attached to your order dispatch email. Royal Mail aim to deliver all parcels on the next working days but guarantee that ALL parcels are delivered within 5 working days. Next Working Day delivery is £1.99 on all orders over £50*!

Please note that all orders dispatched on Friday with Next Working Day delivery won't be delivered until Monday. For weekend delivery, please select either Saturday.

Any orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day. We don't process any orders on Saturday and Sunday so orders placed on these days will be processed and shipped on Monday.

Free Next Working Day Delivery is available to all orders over £50 in mainland United Kingdom. Please note that Free Delivery does not apply to the following areas: Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight. We are working hard to add a free delivery option for these areas but this is still in development

As the items that we sell are perishable we do not accept returns. If your order is delivered to you damaged, please contact us immediately in writing by emailing hello@sosweetshop.co.uk along with photographic evidence. If your order arrives in a damaged or faulty condition, we will only offer you a refund for damaged items if you have signed for the parcel as damaged upon receipt.
